2. Always run cold water taps before use cold water to fill kettles. Run the tap and wait for a noticeable drop in temp.

3. Boil water twice before use.

4. Never fill or drink from hot water taps. 

5.Steam Rooms Saunas and Turkish Baths. Never use 1st thing in the morning, they might not have reached the temperature to kill off bacteria accumulation over the previous evening and morning.
